Man Drinks Three Liters Of Water Daily For 30 Days And Shares Surprising Results

8
Every January, many people take on new challenges, make resolutions, and try to adopt healthier habits.

For some, this includes swapping out sugary drinks or alcohol for something simple and beneficial like water.

If you’re looking for ways to improve your health and productivity, you might find inspiration in YouTuber Scott Luu’s story.

His personal experiment could provide some valuable insights.

Back in 2020, Luu decided to see if increasing his water intake over a month-long period could have noticeable effects on his energy levels and productivity

. His goal was to find out whether drinking more water could genuinely make a difference in his daily life.

As part of his experiment, Luu committed to tripling his usual water consumption for 30 days.

He meticulously documented his experience and shared the journey in a YouTube video for his followers to see.

Before the experiment, Luu admitted that he didn’t drink much water at all.

So, one of the first significant changes he noticed was an overwhelming need to use the bathroom more frequently.

He humorously reported a ‘huge, huge, huge increase in peeing’ as a result.

Instead of his typical six trips to the restroom each day, he found himself going between 12 and 13 times during the challenge.

Despite the extra bathroom trips, Luu also began to notice more practical and positive effects from his increased water intake.

One major change was how much clearer he felt in the mornings, even after staying up late to edit videos.

He remarked: “Now that I started this water challenge, I chug half a liter of water in the morning and it’s like drinking clarity,”

Describing another noticeable shift, Luu said: “I can feel an immediate difference in energy, and it’s a bit freaky.”

Still, Luu admitted he was: “99 percent sure that’s just my mind reacting to the stimulus of drinking a lot of water because my body can’t really access that energy.”
