Search and rescue teams were using cadaver dogs to find and identify remains in Altadena on Saturday afternoon, Sheriff Robert Luna of Los Angeles County said.

“Some of the remains that we have found have not been readily identifiable,” he said. Sheriff Luna was joined by Rob Bonta, the state attorney general, during a survey of the destruction on Saturday.
